  First Training of Next Generation Employees in 2023

The first training in 2023 of next generation employees was held in Suzhou from June 24 to 25, 2023.   Students from Nanjing University Visit Starlite

  Four freshman students (majoring in industrial engineering) from Nanjing University need to learn some good management, production improvement and 5S content of excellent enterprises due to the requirements of their curriculum. Therefore, they paid a visit to the Company at 13:30 on the afternoon of April 30. The Company's HR manager, the Fine Chemical Department’s deputy chief, and the technology section’s manager received them and made some explanations.   10th Blood Donation Event

  10th Blood Donation Event As a member of actively practicing social responsibility, at eight o'clock on the morning of April 21, 2023, Starlite ushered in the “Tenth Blood Donation Event”. This blood donation activity was also strongly supported by Kunshan Blood Station. On the day of blood donation, the blood donation truck and staff arrived at the Company early, waiting for our employees to arrive one after another, ready to start the work at any time! The registration and various pre-preparations for this blood donation event started in early March. There was a total of 60 applicants, and there were 10 people who directly participated in the blood donation on site.   The 31st Western Manufacturing and Eurasia Industry Expo was held in Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center from March 16 to 19, 2023. As the first international professional exhibition in Xi'an certified by the Global Exhibition Industry Association (UFI), adhering to the theme of “high-quality development of industry”, the Expo had metal cutting machine tools, laser cutting, visual measurement equipment, industrial automation and robots, intelligent equipment and precision components, power transmission and fluid hydraulics, intelligent logistics, aviation and aerospace, hydrogen energy devices, etc. displayed.   The twenty second session of Expo of Zhejiang (Hangzhou) Equipment Manufacturing Industry was held at Hangzhou International Expo Center from March 8-11, 2023, covering modern industrial high technology and equipment such as CNC machine tools, mold sector, industrial automation robots, and plastic machinery, among others. This was the first time for the Company to attend such kind of exhibitions, so we actively prepared exhibits. We focused on the display of sealing rings for new energy compressors, resin friction plates for motors, resin bearing products for replacement of metal bearings, and reducer-related parts. These are the key areas of our product development. The number of visitors was very impressive although the overall scale of the exhibition is not large. During the exhibition, we received and communicated with visitors from a total of 31 companies, of which nine are to be confirmed for subsequent development.   Celebration of New Year 2023

  2022 Small Group Improvement Event Release

  Seventh Rope Jumping Competition

  The Seventh Rope Jumping Competition was successfully held at the Company on the afternoon of November 7, 2022. Employees from various departments signed up their names for the competition. Each group consists of 15 persons, of which, female employees shall not be less than three. The rope jumping was specified in such a way that 13 of them are in rope skipping while two are to be throwing the rope. Preparation for the competition began at the end of October, and employees of all business departments actively signed up. Everybody actively practiced in their spare time. Each group started from a few jumps, slowly gained more, until subsequently continuous dozens of jumps. They persisted in repeated practice, in an expectation of obtaining good results in the final competition. Finally, the competition started smoothly under everyone’s expectation. The competition began with the first group as per the order of drawing result, with onlookers shouting and cheering, and they began to make a sound of amazement when the jumpers achieve continuous and synchronized jumps. If failed, everybody encouraged them by shouting cheer-up. The whole process was intense and yet orderly, exciting and inspiring. The “shoulder to shoulder” group of the High Performance won first place with astonishing 51 jumps, the “dynamic & energetic” group of the Fine Chemical won the second with 45 jumps, and the “advance bravely” group of the Fine Chemical finished the third with 37 jumps. The general manager, deputy general manager and chairman of the trade union respectively awarded certificates and bonuses to the winning groups as encouragement. The general manager highly praised and affirmed the efforts of the winning groups in this competition, and also encouraged and recognized the active participation of the non-winning group members.
