The second external training for employees in 2019 was held from October 25 - 26, 2019 and GM, Deputy GM and business department chiefs of Starlite attended too. This training continued the “team cooperation” subject as discussed in the first training, and summarized the reviews and speeches delivered regarding the responsibilities and obligations of the new subject, so that everybody can have a deep understanding of the importance of team building in the company’s daily work and objective management, and can rethink the responsibilities and obligations of their departments. Finally, the department chiefs, deputy GM and GM delivered their instructions for this training by saying that people shall be good at thinking and challenging in the daily work, and always bear a sense of crisis, and they expect everybody able to grow together with Starlite.
