According to the annual education and training program, for the sustainable development of the Company and the fostering of next-generation talented people, an employee training event was held at the Company on September 18, 2021, with a total of 33 officers and objects for next-generation cultivation participated in this training. The training subjects are Starlite values and SDGs respectively. During the training process, the participants gained a deeper understanding of what trained through the interaction between the team members and teachers and their review of the said subjects together. Particularly it is as the GM put it: sharing of values between the Company and its employees will empower the Company, while at the same time, the Company can realize the sustainable development only after considering SDGs in its activities. It is expected that each team will keep in mind the GM’s teachings and apply them to their follow-up work, and meanwhile these could be horizontally deployed within the departments.
