The golden autumn comes in October, binging cool and comfortable wind with osmanthus fragrance to everybody and ushering in the harvest season in a year. At 8:30 to 11:30 AM, October 29, 2016, the Release Meeting of Small Group Improvement Event was held in the canteen of the Company.

The Small Group Improvement Event was launched in January this year. Total 43 groups were established by the Company. After efforts made by various departments for nearly one year, assessment and release of improvements proposed by the said groups were implemented in the departments internally in the mid October, with a total of seven groups recommended by them as winning candidates. These candidates participated in today’s company-level release, some of them awarded as follows: Mold Production Section: in the first place; HR / QA & EP Section: In the Second Place; Fine Chemical Section 2: In the third place; other groups in the encouragement award.

Finally, the General Manager made his comments on this release meeting, expecting everybody able to get references from the release and develop them horizontally, and really give full play to the purpose of small groups for self-inspiration, training of employees’ sense of achievements and activation of their job posts.
