  Implementation of Employee Training in 2021

  According to the annual education and training program, for the sustainable development of the Company and the fostering of next-generation talented people, an employee training event was held at the Company on September 18, 2021, with a total of 33 officers and objects for next-generation cultivation participated in this training. The training subjects are Starlite values and SDGs respectively. During the training process, the participants gained a deeper understanding of what trained through the interaction between the team members and teachers and their review of the said subjects together.   Exhibition Report on CAPAS

  From May 20 to 22, 2021, Starlite attended the Chengdu International Trade Fair for Automotive Parts and Aftermarket Services (CAPAS), which is the most influent one of its kind in the Western Region of China. With the promotion of the Great Openness in the Region and the establishment of the New Silk Road Economic Belt, more and more attention from the industrial sector is gradually focusing on the region where there is a great development potential. There were approximately 612 enterprise exhibitors and more than 18,000 visitors. Exhibited at the Fair were the “Tribology” - study of friction - as our core technology, the S-bear material with new functionality, and its product series such as precision gears, sealing plates for air conditioner compressors, etc. Through the exchange and communication with the automotive sector in the southwestern Chengdu-Chongqing region, we learned that although there are many ordinary injection molding manufacturers in the region, there are fewer mid-to-high-end precision injection molding ones, particularly only scarce factories for precision gears and high-end material molding. During the exhibition, we received a total of 29 enterprises, of which seven showed their intention, mainly for the friction and high temperature resistance products used in motor vehicles. And subsequently we can have further communication with them and begin the product feasibility study. There are also some other enterprises to be kept in touch, thereby realizing timely and accurate communication when they need our products.   NINTH BLOOD DONATION

  “Respect the Nature, Love People and Repay the Society” is the long-term operation philosophy of Starlite. As the COVID-19 pandemic is getting under control in the city and in China as a whole, the Company again organized its employees to participate in the blood donation activity. On April 23, 2021, the Company launched its ninth blood donation activity, to which employees respond actively. A total of 71 employees attended this donation under the active participation of everybody, among which, 40 persons were qualified, with the total blood donated up to 11200 ml. Blood donation does not only help other people but also saves blood for themselves and their family members. In addition, it can also reduce the blood viscosity and the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Recently, [Volunteer Kunshan] launched a points program for unpaid blood donors: a blood donation of 200ml plus the new volunteer service time of 25 hours in a year could be counted as 150 volunteer service points; a blood donation of 300ml plus the new volunteer service time of 25 hours in a year could be counted as 300 volunteer service points; a blood donation of 400ml plus the new volunteer service time of 25 hours in a year could be counted as 500 volunteer service points. The fact that the Company management attaches importance to this donation and our employees actively participate gets the praises highly from the staff of Kunshan Blood Station.   2021 New Year Congratulatory Ceremony Held Successfully

  2020 Employees Year-end Party

  The 2020 employees year-end party of Starlite Plastic Products (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the hotel Crowne Plaza Kunshan on December 26, 2020. The board chairman sent his new year's wishes via video. he expressed his thanks for the achievements in 2020 in spite of facing the epidemic situation in the year. The general manager delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of this year-end meeting, thanking all employees for their efforts and achievements in 2020 - a difficult year. Looking forward to 2021, the Company would face more severe external situation, new opportunities and new challenges.   Exhibition Report of FBC Shanghai 2020 International Intelligent Processing and Industrial Parts Exhibition

  From November 3 to 6, 2020, the 23rd “FBC Shanghai 2020 Shanghai International Intelligent Processing and Industrial Parts Exhibition”, sponsored by Gongchangwang Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (FNA), was successfully held at Shanghai New International Expo Center, with approximately 153 enterprises attended and more than 27,000 people visited. This is the second time that FBC was held concurrently with the “Asian International Power Transmission and Control Technology Exhibition (PTC ASIA2020)” that is influential in the industries such as machinery, electric drive, hydraulic transmission, etc. Plus the 2020 Asia Logistics Exhibition, 2020 Shanghai International Compressor Show and other concurrent exhibitions, FBC exhibitors, together with more than 2,000 companies that are mainly Chinese parts and components makers, participated in the exhibitions, attracting professional visitors from many industries. In this Shanghai FBC, we focused on display of gear products, door lock products, S-BEAR material-related products, and reducer products. Many enterprises showed their interests in these products. This exhibition attracted more people than any other ones held to date this year. We received approximately 55 enterprises at this exhibition, of which 15 had the intention of purchasing our products. Customers were mainly those in automobile and motor sectors, and products such as gears and insert molding ones were more inquired.   2020 Small Group Event Release

  On Friday, October 30, 2020, the Release Meeting of Small Group Improvement Event was held in the meeting room of the Company. Total 21 groups participated in this year’s Small Group Improvement Event. After efforts made by various groups and release and selection of candidates at the business department level, a total of six groups recommended to attend this release meeting. After the release of various groups and the final assessment by the judge panel, it was determined that: the first prize goes to the Production Section 2 of the Fine Chemical Department, the second prize goes to the Logistics Section of Fine Chemical and the third prize goes to the Mold Development Section.   Exhibition Report on Guangzhou International Automobile Parts and Aftermarket Exhibition (AAG)

  From October 11 to 13, 2020, the 2020 Guangzhou International Automobile Parts and Aftermarket Exhibition, the AAG Auto Aftermarket in Guangzhou, sponsored by China National Machinery Industry Corporation, was held in the Poly World Trade Expo Center, with approximately 1028 enterprises attended and more than 3,500 people visited. Under the current work of epidemic prevention and control becoming normalized, AAG, as the first exhibition in the automotive aftermarket industry in South China, plays an active role in industry technology exchanges and as a platform for comprehensive commercial trade to promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade and inject vitality into the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade. We focused on the exhibition of automotive parts, such as seat belts, door locks and various gear products as well as the products of S-BEAR material and reducer products that are both being promoted by the Company now. Customers tended to have more inquiries about door locks and gear products. During the exhibition, we received a total of 39 enterprises, of which nine showed their intention, mainly in the fields of automobiles and electrical appliances, and they will be contacted and confirmed subsequently. Some other enterprises are mainly about auto after-sales, and the orders from these enterprises are expected to be small, so we can screen and pay visits later. This exhibition is the first exhibition in Guangzhou concerning automotive after-sales.
