The Fifth Summer Festival held on the company’s lawn on the evening of July 28, 2023. Firstly, the passionate and joyful summer night was opened with jazz dance. The board chairman who was far away in Japan also sent cordial greetings to all the employees via video. He still remembered their extraordinary efforts and unity during the lockdown in April last year, believing that through the efforts of all of them, Starlite can get through the sluggish economic cycle.

Subsequently, the general manager gave an enthusiastic speech, expressing deep gratitude to all employees for their hard work and summarizing the company's development achievements in recent years, in particular the significant improvement in value-added productivity, which further enhanced starlite’s competitiveness in the market. He led all the presented to shout: “Starlite, Cheers!”. Amidst this resounding and powerful sound, the toast ceremony was initiated.

The deputy general manager who just joined the company on July 26 also introduce himself by taking this occasion. He gave a high evaluation of the company full of vitality, passion and unity and expressed he is very happy to work with colleagues to contribute to the development of Starlite.

All business units have also prepared wonderful programs, including passionate dances, fashionable talk shows, interactive mini-games, and exciting and exciting lottery. Everybody watched the show while drinking beer, drinking freely with great joviality, enjoying food, and releasing stress. The entire festival venue was full of joy, and people were reluctant when it came to an end and they looked forward to meeting again next year!
