2025 ITES Shenzhen International Industrial Automation and Robotics Exhibition

From March 26 to March 29, 2025，we attended ITES Shenzhen International Industrial Automation and Robotics Exhibition held in Shenzhen, China. The industries concerned in this exhibition are electronic manufacturing, new energy plus automobiles, medical equipment, precision manufacturing, and intelligent manufacturing. We took advantage of the opportunity of this exhibition to showcase Starlite brand of reducers, S-Bear durable gears, friction plates and other high-end material application products.

 Lightweight Experience of Plastic/Metal reducers            Demonstration of Low Noise and Efficiency

                                

At this exhibition, in the robot automation equipment exhibition hall, we focused on the S-Bear DD4830, a resin reducer and flat reducer using the material “S-Bear” solely researched and developed by Starlite. These creative reducers are not only flattened through a unique deceleration mechanism, but also through “the product itself lightweight” and “lighter reverse drive torque” and other light features to improve safety and practicality.

During the 4-day exhibition, our booth attracted professionals from various vendors to visit and consult with us. We also received such information as that weight reduction of reducers has a positive impact on a robot’s payload capacity and customers expected that Starlite could make high torque reducers.

At this time exhibition, we communicated with a total of 36 customers, of which seven have needs for related plastic products. Subsequently, we will continue to follow up and communicate with them and assist customers in jointly developing new products, and strive to achieve sales results as soon as possible.

2.Product Concept

The product adopts a unique deceleration mechanism that is compact, flat and can obtain high torque. Through the unique S-Bear polymer material independently developed by Starlite, the reducer can continue to operate smoothly and efficiently even without re-oiling.

3.Product Features

•     Compared what made of metal, the reducer has “two kinds of light weight” - both the product body and the light weight of the rear drive torque.

•     No rust will result, so it can be used even in water without lubricating oil or installing other sealing parts.

Even in the water environment, you can infer the joint torque based on the motor’s current, and realize the hydraulic control without any force sensors
