The 2022 congratulatory ceremony was held on February 7. At the beginning of the ceremony, everyone recited “The Heart of Starlite” together, and then the chairman made a video speech. The chairman extended his New Year's greetings to all the employees and their families, emphasizing that in 2022, for Starlite, the seeds of “new steps” that have been sown for a long time have begun to sprout and should be made into the pillar of its new business. To this end, the Group has been actively investing in these products and trying to launch them as soon as possible. The SDGs promoted by Starlite continuously have become the concept that the products themselves have the sustainability, able to create products and services that can solve social issues, in a move to give back to the society

In his congratulatory speech, the general manager emphasized that every one of us presented should make changes in 2022, and should always bear this in mind and take actions to change ourselves. The ultimate goal of doing so is to gain our attainment and competence via undergoing a process from quantitative change to qualitative change in a real sense. Next, we are facing the social issues, such as harm of waste plastics, etc., and we should reduce the burden on the society. The general manager also mentioned that we should pay more attention to production safety while attaching importance to improving value-added productivity. Then the ceremony entered the awarding agenda, awarding to those who made great contributions and rendered excellent services in 2021.

Finally, the high-performance product department chief launched the closing ceremony, and led all the presented to shout: “Starlite, cheers!” – this marked the end of the congratulatory ceremony this year.
