In order to form a self-inspiration and self-learning atmosphere at the Company and enhance employees’ managerial and operational skills, a self-learning workshop is hereby held at the Company. The courses are decided to be lectured by section chiefs and above officers for one to two hours on Wednesday night each week.

On May 3, the General Manager offered the first lecture with the theme of “Management”, a total of 96 persons attended inclusive of those with L and E positions and above. The PPT courseware containing eye-catching pictures and rich contents, coupled with the General Manager’s wonderful explanation, was full of appeal. At the class break, the General Manager also interacted with everybody, who too asked questions enthusiastically, with a good positive learning atmosphere formed.

Finally, the General Manager expected everyone to take this as an opportunity to carry out self-learning activities actively, make self-improvement and self-thinking, and put into practical action.
