This year’s second session of outward bound event for new employees was held by Starlite at the Outward Bound Base, Yangchenghu Lake, Bacheng Town on Saturday, November 11, 2017, with a total of 24 participants attended, who were enrolled from May 2017 to October 2017.

Through this event, communication between and among new employees is strengthened and the team’s cohesion is enhanced. All the people deeply understood the importance of teamwork and synergy - success belongs to every member of a team, which is difficult to attain without the collaboration and joint efforts of all the team members. And they said they would give full play to the spirit of “teamwork and synergy” and make their due contributions to the development of the Company.
