On Thursday, September 20, 2018, this year’s Release Meeting of Small Group Improvement Event was held in the canteen of the Company. This year’s Small Group Improvement Event was formally established in February 2018, with a total of 23 groups attended and efforts made for half of a year. After the release and selection of candidates at the business department level, a total of six groups recommended to attend this release meeting.

Following the excellent releases, it was finally decided that: the first prize goes to the QA Section of Fine Chemicals, the second prize to the High-performance Product Management Section, and the third prize to the Section 1 of Fine Chemical Production. The general manager made his comments on the pros and cons of all of the small event groups, and requires us to work hard and not be specious, no matter whether it is a small group event or work. At the same time, we shall have the ability of thinking and the way of thinking to drive the enthusiasm of subordinates.

He believed that with the joint efforts of all the employees in 2019, the level of our small group activities will be raised to a higher level.
