Celebration of New Year 2025
As the old year was updated to new one and a new chapter was turned to, Starlite held the 2025 New Year Celebration Ceremony on February 6 within the Company. At the beginning of the ceremony, all the employees recited “The Heart of Starlite” together, and the new year’s efforts were kicked off with everybody full of confidence and upward spirit.
First of all, the board chairman delivered his sincere New Year's greetings to all the employees and made a comprehensive summary of the work in the year of 2024. He pointed out that in the past year, in the face of the complex and severe external environment, Starlite made progress in a steady manner - although it was unable to reach the planned objectives, the operating profit remained stable, which could not be separated from the hard work of all the employees, for which the chairman expressed his heartfelt thanks, and while at the same time, he emphasized that the safety environment is the foundation of production safety. It is regrettable that an accident occurred in 2024, and he hoped that all the employees could continue to improve the ability of anticipating dangers, operate according to rules and regulations, and prevent accidents scientifically in the new year, and would constantly strengthen the quality of KY activities to realize 0 accidents in production safety.
In the Year of the Dragon (2024), we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Starlite Kunshan. Looking ahead to the New Year, the board chairman pointed out that the Year of the Snake (2025) signifies “continuous regeneration and molting while developing flexibly”, and that the current global manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly competitive, so we have to accept changes and adapt to the future era actively. 2024 Employees Year-end Party Held Successfully

Starlite Kunshan held the “2024 Employees Year-end Party” at Kunshan Kunshan Crowne Plaza Hotel on December 27, 2024.
At the beginning of this gathering, the general manager delivered a speech: In 2024, the Company experienced too many difficulties and emotional moments. Although the economic environment was severe, Starlite achieved some fruitful results. He thanked all the employees for their efforts. Looking forward to 2025, in the complex and ever-changing market environment and fierce industry competition, Starlite would always adhere to its original intention and fully utilize its strengths. Starlite’ 25th Event at Welfare Agency
In order to promote and inherit the traditional Chinese virtue of respecting the elderly and enhance the sense of social responsibility, on the morning of December 21, 2024, all the senior officers of Starlite Kunshan, members of its labor union and members of the volunteer group of the company went to Kunshan Welfare Agency to carry out the 25th public welfare and charity event, which aimed to send care and warmth to the elderly at the winter solstice and to further improve the quality of life of the elderly, to promote their physical and mental health, and to build up the fashion of respecting and loving the elderly together.
The labor union’s chairman delivered a speech, in which she conveyed her care and respect for the elderly, hoping to bring joy and warmth to them through this voluntary event, while at the same time expressing her respect and gratitude to the staff of the agency. Subsequently the volunteers presented a wonderful performance, which further made the old people feel a strong festive atmosphere. 2024 Dormitory-opening and Ribbon-cutting Ceremony
As this warm winter brought sunlight to the land, with the aim of improving the living condition of employees and enhancing their sense of well-being and attainment, Starlite Kunshan started the dormitory renovation project with great determination and effort. This dormitory full of life goals and ideals was upgraded and refreshed after more than 120 days of waiting and expectation.
On the afternoon of December 9, 2024, the ribbon-cutting ceremony unveiling the company’s employee dormitory was held, and the board chairman took the time to attend this great event after traveling from afar. The ceremony began with the speech of the deputy general manager. Accompanied by bursts of warm applause, the chairman and general manager jointly unveiled “Cangyueliao”- the employee dormitory dubbed “Verdant Moon”. The board chairman delivered a speech, in which he firstly expressed his gratitude to all the lodging employees and the general affairs department for their contributions, and then introduced the symbolism of the “Cangyueliao” to everyone, expecting that they can have more ambitious aspirations and more solid footsteps to pursue their own goals in life, and this renovation also could provide the lodging employees with a place for conducting activities. Exhibition Report on Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition
The 22nd Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition was held at the Canton Fair Complex from November 15 to 18, 2024. This exhibition was large in scale, with an overall exhibition area of nearly 220,000 square meters. Numerous mainstream auto brands and auto parts exhibitors participated in the exhibition, showcasing the visitors the future development direction of automobiles and the latest products, technologies and services for aftermarket.
Considering the debut at the fair of explosive development of new energy vehicles and our future business development direction, we showed our achievements in new materials and their excellent performance, especially their application in the new energy automobile industry, such as new energy compressor TIP SEAL, SIDE SEAL, new energy automobile temperature control valves, actuators and other high-end parts, expecting to gain more customers' favor in these fields.
The exhibition displayed more than 1100 whole sets of vehicles, of which new energy vehicles accounted for 43.7%, attracting a lot of visitors. We took this opportunity to receive a total of 21 enterprises, of which five need us to follow up to focus on for development and confirmation, in a bid to be able cooperate with them as soon as possible. Subsequently, we will continue to participate in various exhibitions, in an attempt to promote our products, technical innovation capabilities and the corporate culture of “Respect the Nature and Love People”, striving to contribute to the sustainable development of this company.

2024 Second Half Small Group Improvement Event Release
The small group improvement activities in the second half of 2024 were conducted and implemented by 17 groups of Starlite actively by eyeing on the whole company’s policies. After being selected and recommended by various business departments, seven groups entered the company-level release.
The whole-company release event was officially implemented on November 8. Before the release, the Deputy General Manager delivered a prior speech, explaining the purpose and significance of the event. The seven groups successively displayed their results. After appraisal and selection by the panel of judges, the winding groups were: 1 First Prize: Purchasing Section (Resource Guard Team), Second Prize: Section 3 of High-performance Production (Fire and Wind Group), Third Prize: Section 2 of Fine Chemical Production (Sparkling-star Group). After the release, the Deputy General Manager gave the detailed guidance and summary to each releasing group one by one in turn. Looking forward to the next event, it is expected that each group can continue to focus on the company’s policies, raise and solve problems, and better carry out small group activities.

Report on 2024 Shanghai International Auto Air-Conditioning and Thermal Management Technology Exhibition
With the rapid take-off of China’s automobile industry, China’s mobile refrigeration industry shows a fast development trend, we as a major player in the compressor seals market, attended the show at the Shanghai International Expo Center, Hall N5 by carefully displaying our products from October 21 to 23, 2024.
Shanghai International Automotive Air Conditioning and Thermal Management Technology Exhibition has been held for 22 years since its inception, which closely follows the development trend of the mobile refrigeration industry with continuous innovation, and known for its professionalism in the mobile refrigeration industry. Exhibitors and brands attended this exhibition reached 650. We were actively having PR exchanges with major automotive compressor parts and components exhibitors, while at the same time communicating with visiting customers.
During the three days of exhibition, a total of more than 33 enterprises had exchanges with us, including 11 ones showing intention of cooperation with us, and they need to be followed up for confirmation, and also become our subsequent new customer development focus, thus further enhancing our market share in the field of automotive compressor seals.

Exhibition Report on China International Industry Fair 2024
At the end of September, we participated in the industrial fair held at the National Exhibition & Convention Center in Shanghai. This expo features the theme of “Carbon-cycle New Industry and Digital New Economy”, grasping the pulse of high-quality development of the industrial economy.
The exhibition is divided into such professional exhibition areas as CNC Machine Tools and Metal Processing, Industrial Automation, New Energy and Intelligent Networked Automobiles, Robots, covering the whole industry chain from both basic materials and key components for the manufacturing to advanced manufacturing equipment and overall solutions.
We focused on the display of reducer gears, sealing rings for air conditioners, friction materials and other related product. There are a lot of exhibitors and visitors, involving many sectors. Customers showed interesting in our plastic gears and pump body related products. At the fair, up to 33 customers had exchanges and communications with us. We will focus on seven of them and visit their sites subsequently, in a bid to get operation opportunities.

2024 Employee Tourism
From September 14 to 16, Starlite and its trade union implemented 2-day and 3-day tours for all the employees during the Mid Autumn Festival holiday as per the annual plan. Tourism designations are mainly Lin'an and Pan'an in Zhejiang province, and Lushan in Jiangxi province.
Lushan, a cultural mountain with a long history, is not only renowned for its beautiful landscape, but also carries a profound historical and cultural heritage. It is a holy place where both literati and poets eulogize; This is also the birthplace of Chinese pastoral poetry, the source of Chinese landscape poetry, and one of the birthplaces of Chinese landscape painting; it is also one of the important holy sites of Buddhism and Taoism. Lushan has such famous scenery attractions as Sandie Springs, Hanpokou, and Wulao Peak, with mount peaks shrouded in mist and clouds and faintly visible, as if one traveling through time and space, allowing him to appreciate its magnificence and mystery together with ancient people.
Pan'an, Zhejiang, is a secluded paradise for ancient literati, attracting countless tourists with its fresh air and beautiful natural scenery. Its “Volcanic Flat-bed Creek” is a masterpiece in the world, with beautiful scenery such as Plum Blossom Waterfall and Jinshitan Pool. One’s each step moving forward brings him a stunning painting.
You can stroll along the mountain path, breath fresh air, and feel the gifts of nature. These trips do not only allow us to appreciate the amazing craftsmanship of nature and the profound cultural history, but also let us relax and enjoy ourselves both physically and mentally free from intense work. Report on Exhibition at 2024 World Battery & Energy Storage Industry Expo
and The 9th Asia Pacific Battery Exhibition
In the context of the vigorous development of the global battery and energy storage industry, we attended the WBE2024 - 2024 World Battery & Energy Storage Industry Expo and the 9th Asia-Pacific Battery Exhibition held in Guangzhou from August 8 to 10, 2024.
We carefully arranged a booth at the exhibition, fully demonstrated our material technology and mold flow analysis competence, and highlighted the display of Starlite’s own brand resin products that are independently researched and developed by the Company, including fluorine parts for high-performance batteries and key components of energy storage systems, among others.
During the exhibition, more than 30 enterprises were attracted to have exchanges with us, including eight key ones we conducted in-depth technical exchanges with them. Subsequently, we will follow up the exchanges and grasp their needs, and strive for introduction of new products in the field of new energy battery energy storage, which will inject new impetus into the Company's subsequent development.
